Gout Diagnosis

I am 27 years old, man, and I think you may have gout in the ankle. 3-4 times a year, my ankle is swollen and inflexible
and very painful. The affected area is the top of my foot around my Achilles tendon. I jumped a few days and then the pain goes away completely. I have symptoms of gout, but not should affect anyone my age. Anyone have an alternative diagnosis or a cure? Is this ligament or tendon?
My husband has 34 years and has the same symptoms you have. The emergency doctor told him to undergo additional tests to drop nickname. (I do not know what the difference). Weird. Good luck.
