I think I have gout in my big toe ........?
What mix of "cures" or treatments can do. I know that taking things like ibuprofen and Aleve, but things like cold / hot?
Icy Hot do not think it would be good, but the ice. You can also drink the juice Black Cherry (concentrate is best), or eating black cherries, help dispurse uric acid deposits. Stay away from salt and red meat or rich. Good luck, I just above. AY!
